We are open to the public Monday- Thursday 8:00AM-4:00PM CST.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
"All good things come to those who wait!"- This is our motto at Bullard Leather Mfg. We work hard Monday-Friday every week to provide the absolute highest quality products we can to our Customers. For that reason, we are only able to produce so much on any given day. All CUSTOM orders have an estimated LEAD TIME(please see our Home Page for current lead-time details). Large orders & special requests may take up to 2 additional weeks. We appreciate your patience!!!
WHY HAS MY E-MAIL NOT BEEN ANSWERED YET?
We do our best to answer all inquiries as quickly as possible. If your question is urgent, please call us during business hours Monday-Friday between 8:00AM-4:00PM CST.
CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM KNIFE SHEATHS?
Yes! We make custom knife sheaths regularly. However, we must have the actual knife the entire duration of manufacturing in order to build a sheath for it.
WHEN DO IN-STOCK ITEMS SHIP?
In-Stock items ship within 5-7 business days.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE?
No. Discounts are not "stackable" on any one order.
HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED? WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We ship ALL orders through USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Orders for small accessory items will ship USPS First Class.
WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF LINING A HOLSTER?
We only use SMOOTH LEATHER lining. What does this mean? It means both the inside & outside of the holster are the same. Why is this beneficial? Smooth Leather Lining protects the finish of your gun, facilitates a smoother draw & lengthens the lifespan of the holster.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We ship all over the world. Please contact us for details. Please note: we can not ship any elephant items, due to Customs Regulations.
CAN I ADD TOOLING TO AN IN-STOCK OR SALE ITEM?
No. Once the Holster has been molded, it can not be altered in any way. Please note: this includes tooling, lining, dye or exotic skins. In-Stock & Sale items are an AS IS sale.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE IWB & TUCKABLE HOLSTER?
Our Tuckable IWB Holster is designed with a Kydex J-Hook & features an adjustable cant. We also offer a tuckable belt loop attachment for the Tuckable IWB. Our IWB(inside waist band) has a fixed cant and metal belt clip.
CAN THE MAKER'S MARK BE LEFT OFF?
No. We are proud of our products and require to mark everything we manufacture. In the spirit of compromise, we will stamp the maker mark on the back if specifically requested.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction! Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt. Please note: all returns/exchanges will be charged a 20% restocking fee + shipping (if your order qualified for Free Shipping promotions). Custom items (ex. initials, names, custom tooling, etc) are NOT eligible for return or exchange. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us before sending the item back.

IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
Yes. We charge a 15% cancellation fee if your order has already begun production. Shipping charges (if applicable) are nonrefundable.
WHAT IS SOB?
SOB(small of back) We do not currently offer a "true" SOB(small of back) Holster. However, if your preferred position to carry is SOB- our IWB Holster can be worn SOB. Please be sure to select your actual draw hand & select SOB in the carry position selection choice. We will handle the rest from there!
