Shipping Policy 

Your “In-Stock” items will be shipped together all at once at the earliest opportunity within 3-5 business days of your purchase. “Custom” items will be shipped upon completion within the lead-time designated during your purchase. Lead Time details are available for your review on our Homepage. If your order consists of both “In-Stock” & “Custom” items & you wish to have your “in-stock” items shipped when first available, please contact us. We use USPS Priority Shipping (unless otherwise noted) & charge a flat $10.95 shipping & handling fee for all purchases. Any shipping promo (i.e. Free Shipping) is based on your subtotal amount before applicable taxes. 

Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Items must be unworn, free of smoke/other offensive odors, undamaged & shipped securely in a non collapsible package so there is no risk of damage in-transit back to us within 7 days of the date you first receive your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All sales are final on sale merchandise & are not eligible for return or exchange.
