Shipping Policy 

Your “In-Stock” items will be shipped together all at once at the earliest opportunity within 5-7 business days of your purchase. “Custom” items will be shipped upon completion within the lead-time designated during your purchase. We do not guarantee any items until the lead-time window & order processing terms have been met. Lead Time details are available for your review on our Homepage. If your order consists of both “In-Stock” & “Custom” items & you wish to have your “in-stock” items shipped when first available, please contact us (additional fees may apply). We use USPS Priority Shipping (unless otherwise noted) & charge a flat $12.95 shipping & handling fee for all purchases. Any shipping promo (i.e. Free Shipping) is based on your subtotal amount before applicable taxes. 

Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Items must be unworn, free of smoke/other offensive odors, undamaged & shipped securely in a non collapsible package so there is no risk of damage in-transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All sales are final on discounted merchandise & are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt. Return/Exchange processing may take up to 10 business days.

Please note: all returns/exchanges will be charged a 20% restocking fee + shipping (if your order qualified for Free Shipping promotions). Custom items (ex. initials, names, custom tooling, etc) are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds, upon approval, will be issued back to the original payment method.
